Petra or Bust

This will be our first tour of the Middle East and Petra has always been near the top of the bucket list. To travel all that distance and to not visit Israel and Egypt would be a sin. The Jews of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem to the Arabs of a Cairo marketplace and the Bedouin camels of Jordan. Agatha Christie's, Death on the Nile has been added to the reading list and a sail down the Nile with stops to visit temples, pyramids and the Sphix will undoubtly be a highlight. It should be quite the journey. We'll be sure to keep our heads down, camels saddled and turbans at the ready. Shalom
